For 25 years at Deloitte, I served as the operating engine behind some of the most complex professional services work in the world and most recently as COO of a $2.5 billion global consulting portfolio spanning 18,500 professionals across the United States, India, and Mexico.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

What I actually do is build the operating models that make growth predictable, financial governance frameworks that give leadership teams real visibility and talent infrastructure that lets great people do their best work at scale.

I started Mazyck Advisory Group to bring that capability directly to the organizations that need it most including PE-backed professional services firms, mid-market companies, and growth-stage organizations where the right operating foundation in the next three years determines whether the business becomes something great or stays something good.

I operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution. I am equally comfortable in a board presentation and on the floor with a delivery team. I move fast, I build things that last, and I hold myself to the same standard of accountability I bring to every client.
